Scott Hansma originally wrote a plugin for Eudora in 1997. When he graduated, he asked if I wanted to take over control of the source, as he wasn't interested in working on it any more.
I said that I was, and I added a couple features, but never got them up to release quality.
Now, in 2003, I have started development again, as I still have not found a good plugin for making random signatures, and this one needs some work.

Besides a fixed bug or two, there aren't any accessible new features yet, but this is my first release.
