FTP Login failure

• I am getting a "530 Login authentication failed" message, but I know I am typing in the correct username and password.

Your IP address might have been placed on a blacklist due to too many failed logins.  You can ask on our contact page to have your ip checked and removed.  Your IP address will automatically be submitted along with your request when you fill out that form.  Please include the username you were using and what time you were trying to login.
