[pLog-svn] dynamic blog settings?

I think it looks very good. But what I don't understand is why users  
are allowed to change their blog domain at will via Control Centre- 
 >Blog Settings. If this is supposed to allow multiple domains in one  
installation, and one domain is supposed to be used for more than  
user, does each one of those non-admin blog users get to change the  
domain of their blog too?
