[pLog-svn] dynamic blog settings?

 	I have wondered whether the blog_domain stuff is going to be too 
confusing for people, so I have been trying to make it easier to 
understand.  One way I thought of is to not show the blog_domain field at 
all on the blog_settings page unless subdomains are enabled and the 
subdomains_base_url contains a {blogdomain} entry.  This works well, and 
the setting magically disappears off of the page, but what do people think 
about that?
