[pLog-svn] Notification Plugin

Hi Jon,

That would be great? Are there any time scales?

While you say about the subscribe comments, i'm thinking about some other 
nice features.

- Subscribe to comments (this plugin)
- Subscribe to new post (easy addon?)
- Subscribe to both (:-)), so if there are updates on comments for that 
artcile and new post in the correspondig categorie.
- Subscribe, subscribe, subscribe...

Probably these need to be seperate plugins?

Is there anybody else who can help? I have a good production enviroment to 
test if the stuff works and give feedback, logviews etc to help out.
