 	The trouble is, it is hard to keep track of what questions haven't 
been answered, if it isn't marked as a new post, I won't ever see it.
 	There is the "unanswered" filter, but that (as far as I can tell) 
just means 0 replies, which would get some of the unanswered questions, 
but not all.  Perhaps if there was a way to mark a thread as answered 
sufficiently or something, that would be good.
 	It has been mentioned a number of times by users that they like 
having things answered quickly, and like the active community.  And when 
people see posts going unanswered, that looks bad too.
 	Perhaps if there were an easy way for us to direct people to 
answers quickly, ie. not having to go to the wiki or search through the 
forums, it would be easier to handle the frequent questions.
