[pLog-general] Country codes in language files

Hi,

We're actually using some invalid country codes in pLog. For example we use 
en_UK for our current English/United Kingdom language file. This one is 
incorrect, the right one is en_GB. It's an unimportant thing but it's easy to 
fix and I think we should follow the standards.

You can check the official country codes in ISO-3166 and official language 
codes in ISO-639.
