No, I'm not sure. I just saw the {} and incorrectly assumed Smarty.

It would. The tabs themselves are no problem, its just when one needs 
to start having selected tabs that extra PHP is required.

Yea. thats what I mean. I see a header, and get the markup, but no 
footer.
