The only one problem of simple pie is memory usgae.
I did the test before, the memory usage of simple is bigger than magpieRSS
.... The difference is pretty big ...

Yes. I had to adjust a couple of the configurable settings with
simplepie to make it work with different encodings, but much less work than
I did on magpie, and better results.
