 	Yes, that sounds good, and would solve your menu problem 
specifically.  Then we just need to decide when to refresh the cache, 
specific to each user - store multiple caches, otherwise, if two people 
are logged in, they either see the same menu (major bug) or we keep 
resetting the cache, and they would have a slow experience.
 	We need to reset when plugins are installed - any other time?
