yes, it is feature, but related to usability, not many user know how
to edit HTML, the presentation of widget in WP provides a way of
making simple customization (simple drag & drop), which is powerful
and easy to use

this is hard to say stylish is completely depend on an individual
users... normal users say stylish as a general term but is it really
for no reason?

in fact, color, margin, padding, layout, borders, rounded corners
etc... all these stuffs are closely related to human computer
interaction - which are research topics, for example, the blue
background is more comfortable is related how you eye perceive light
wave of a particular wavelength...

WP has good reputation in term of these design...no lucky...

after all, maybe you guy could make a survey, to collect options from
real users (esp. those non-technical one). try to know what they
think, it doesn't hurt
