[pLog-svn] 1.3: reorganizing menus a little

Ha ha, agreed. For better user experience. So, the friend menu will like
following:

Friend
    friends
    friend groups
    privatemessage(inbox)
    privatemessage(outbox)

All newxxx will go into each xxxviewlist.

For once, this is not about being fancy but about being less confusing and
more usable :-)

But so far only developers (Jon and Mark) have answered, so how about end
users  or those of you reading this list who have a site with several users?
Do you also think that this reorganization is a good approach?
