[pLog-svn] 1.3: reorganizing menus a little

For once, this is not about being fancy but about being less confusing
and more usable :-)
But so far only developers (Jon and Mark) have answered, so how about
end users or those of you reading this list who have a site with
several users? Do you also think that this reorganization is a good
approach?
