 	Did a little more testing on the site_admin flag.  I removed it, 
but since I still have the other kinds of permissions, I can still see the 
admin area.  I removed add/update/delete permissions from myself, so now I 
can only view the global settings - and that part works - pretty cool.
 	So, maybe the site_admin flag should go away?  Though it does seem 
like it would be nice if there was an easy way for users to make users an 
admin via the database.
