[pLog-svn] setMangledBlogName parameter

 	What is the purpose of the $modify parameter in the 
setMangledBlogName() function?  It seems like we should always modify it 
to make sure that we always have good data.  At minimum, it seems like the 
default value for $modify should be true, so you have to explicitly say, 
"don't modify this data to make it standard - I know what I am doing".

 	I don't see a bug currently in the code, but I am debugging a
urlize/domainize issue, and noticed the $modify parameter.
