[pLog-svn] r4016 - plog/branches/lifetype-1.1.1/class/template/smarty/plugins

I thought I removed it, but if it's still there, please remove it.

There is no way to make the plugin use the template, as far as I know.
I didn't feel too happy about using php code instead of smarty code
for the pager, but I guess it's a lot more flexible (try
reimplementing all that paging logic in smarty!)
