[pLog-svn] Permissions in LT 1.2

Oh, finally I found it. The 'blog_access' permission is incorrectly  
marked as an 'admin only' permission so it was not appearing in the  
'edit blog user' page when adding or editing blog users.

I could not reproduce this problem because I probably added the  
permission myself manually to my db and then later on added it to  
corepermissions.properties.php, but incorrectly... I had to install a  
trunk snapshot at http://devel.lifetype.net/trunk/ to notice this  
problem :-) But now at least there's a working trunk snapshot  
available if anybody wants to have a look.
