- still not there :) I need to go to admin->site users to see it:
- checked the database. blog_access is there
- removed tmp
- updated lt trunk and reviewed the initial setting:
Array( "blog_access", "blog_access_desc", true, true ),	
= identical to mine

-> there is a "true" for admin_only. doesn't this even imply that a
blog_owner does not have access to this permission setting?

My install is either totally f** up or I should go take a nap right now :)
