 	You can try if you would like.  Your instructions are fine, though 
you will not run the wizard at all.  Just fill in the config file values.
 	I forget if I changed Oscar's password in the database or not, 
before I made the backup.  I probably didn't.  So, you would need to 
either get the password from him, or overwrite the password in the users 
table.  If I overwrote it, the password would be admin or asdf.  You will 
have to look in the users table to see what the login is for the site 
administrator.
 	The main administrator has 602 blogs, so the dashboard takes a 
long time to load, but once you are in, it is better.  We probably need a 
pager on the dashboard too.
