[pLog-svn] multi domain feature

The "personal" domain thing will work. Put a * in the allowed
domain field in the administration. Then the user can type
blog.mydomain.com and point the dns record to your site, (you need to
either configure apache to accept that domain or if you have an ip to
dedicate just to LT, you can accept all domains on that ip, by basically
not do virtualHost on that ip).
