[pLog-svn] Anything else for 1.0.3?

 	Did you see it broken in 1.0.3, or just guess that it might be? 
It looks fine to me.  I just uploaded a template, and also did it via 
ftp/scan, and both methods worked fine.
 	Perhaps it is a permissions issue?
