Well, I recently tried to setup up a user specific blog template
(templates/blog_1) and realised that scanning for new blog specific
templates doesn't work anymore...

In the trunk I get a "addLocaleTemplatemplate: FIXME!!!" so I thought
it's something that needs to be fixed in 1.0.3 too ;)

any info an this issue?

(i tried to fix it myself but got lost half way down. I could provide
some fixes though. but I couldn't make it work.
