[pLog-svn] About the admin page width

Hmmm... even though I can swear I cleaned the cache and reloaded the
page like 3 or 4 times when I reported this, everything seems to be
ok now. I just activated devel.lifetype.net again and now it looks ok
both in Firefox and Safari so please disregard my previous comment.

Regarding some of these changes, a few comments:

- we have to check why the list of categories is not being reloaded
after adding one. The category is added, it is available via manage-
 >categories but does not appear in the list.

- The "add" button should be deactivated while the category is being
added. Users clicking the button more than once (slow connection,
whatever) might end up adding the same category too many times. It
should be reactivated once the server has confirmed that it has been
added.

- Can we move the "hide | show" links to the right side of the form?
They activate/deactivate the right column, so I believe they should
be on the right side instead of left.

- What happens to these features if javascript support for ajax or
whatever is needed is not available?
