Agree, but ... I think blog-wide admin is enough ... 
And, if we consider to re-layout, maybe MySinaBlog is a good reference.

 	It is hard to get Opera to work correctly.  And some Opera users
(not sure how many) use their own style sheet, and so lots of stuff that you
thought would just work, don't, because Opera overrides some of the css
settings.
 	I am not sure if there is anything you can do about it.  I think
administrators who care about that will have to not use this feature.
 	Perhaps this feature should be turned off by default? I don't really
like that, but you want to make sure it works for people out of the box, and
then they can get fancier as they go along.  I suppose it can be like the
other settings, where the site-wide admin can set a default for blog
creation.
