[pLog-svn] Roadmap/performance

1.1 is right on its way, though slowly. We can't unfortunately commit
to any certain date for a final release though a 3-4 months timeframe
sounds about what I have in mind (but it can always become 5-6) I have
been working on finalizing the upgrade path of wizard.php so that we
can get more people to help. Basically, this is what is missing at the
moment:

- Stabilize the DAO layer with the new data cache (85% ready)
- Merge Jon's changes for multi-domain hosting
- Modify all user templates to include paging
- Stabilize the framework for user-data integration (at least, the
proof-of-concept based on phpbb)

If you ask me, I would stick to 1.0.x for the time being. With the
proper hardware I think it should easily be able to put up with your
expected user-base.

If you need to make any customizations, try to keep those as isolated
as possible so that it is easier for you to upgrade to 1.1 once it is
out. In any case, let us know what it is that you need to customize
and we can probably discuss what the best implementation would be.
