[pLog-svn] $ignoreTopic & $ignoreText ?

There is an extra field in the articles table, called in_summary_page
that is meant for these purposes. This field is set to 'false' in
dofinishregisteraction.class.php, meaning that these articles should
not appear in the summary page (and it should be faster than using a
LIKE query for filtering out certain texts)

We can also extend the usage of this field and make it available via
the "new post" and "edit post" pages so that users can choose whether
to display articles in the front page or not...
