[pLog-svn] $ignoreTopic & $ignoreText ?

You are right, I remember this  .. :D 

But, it seems we never use these two variable, .... So maybe we should
remove it to get more clean code.

Does there any better way to deal with removeing ""welcome/congratulations"
messages?
