 	Yes, though this is a question for the forums (and has already 
been answered there too...)

The instructions are basically the same as on the wiki:
http://wiki.lifetype.net/index.php/Upgrade

You need to upgrade to each major release along the way:

0.3.2 -> 1.0.6 -> 1.1.6 -> 1.2.8
(I think those are the right version numbers, pick the highest number in 
each 1.0.x, 1.1.x version).
