I`m sorry but the only ressource I can offer is some money and some time
to coordinate things. I`m very experienced with TYPO3 but I`m definately
not a programmer and it would be a waste of time if I would do it
myself. I`ll see if I can find a programmer who can do the job.

I`m familiar with the idea from the TYPO3 project. See this podcast:

True but I couldn`t find the perfect solution yet. VBloggetin seems to
be nice but people are discussing if it works with the
search-engine-friendly URL tool for vBulletin maintained by another
company. That`s the drawback of commercial projects. At least if the
main product - vBulletin doesn`t provide a good and well documented API.
I don`t like joomla very much, it`s not flexible enough for me. TYPO3 is
nice but there is no good forum extension available for it. A good
integration of vBulletin and TYPO3 would only be possible with a common
authentication mechanism like LDAP. TYPO3 supports that but vBulletin
isn`t able to to provide LDAP support since years dispite the fact that
users are crying for it for years. But now I`m getting really off-topic
and I don`t wanna waste your time.
