[pLog-general] convert rss to smil (enclosures)

Right... exactly.  But I was thinking that if I would want to distribute
the smil file (template), it would need to be unique and know which rss
feed enclosures it was generating.  
Although, I may not worry about that and just allow playback of smil on
the page... I need to think it through..

You don't even need any php code to do that :)

Using plog's built-in rss parser, you can extract any information you
wish from an RSS feed, and you can output it in any format you need.
The examples we have in the wiki output html, but if you need an XML
format, that's possible too.

or,
just replace the <a>nchors with SMIL stuff and you're ready :)
