[pLog-general] convert rss to smil (enclosures)

You don't even need any php code to do that :)

Using plog's built-in rss parser, you can extract any information you
wish from an RSS feed, and you can output it in any format you need.
The examples we have in the wiki output html, but if you need an XML
format, that's possible too.

If you look at the last example here:
http://wiki.plogworld.net/index.php/PLog_1.0/How_to_use_the_RSS_aggregator,
just replace the <a>nchors with SMIL stuff and you're ready :)
