[pLog-general] how to protect your site?

Well I decided to add an option to enable/disable this feature because
usually users are natural born whiners :-),  and I decided to save
myself a few posts in the forums...

If anybody wants to change this behaviour, I don't know... I'm all for
keeping things simple but most of you have access to the code so
please suggest a patch :-)
