[pLog-general] about user table?

'status' is not used yet. I added it thinking in the future, somebody suggested
to have different status for users such as 'unconfirmed' (registration not
confirmed), or 'disabled', or whatever. But I don't feel like implementing that now.

Regarding the 'properties' field, it's a TEXT field that is usually used to
store variable attributes and it is usually filled with a serialized PHP array
(like the blog settings field in the plog_blogs table) It's not used either for
users, but all tables have it (just in case :)
