Actually, Tinymce 3 has no problem with IE 6,7,8. But, the plugins we
developed do has problem with IE 6,7,8.

I am still try to figure it out, I just can say the problem is because the
implement of innerHTML in IE 6,7,8. IE will mess up the html if we use DOM
to parse the object code instead of regular expression.

I almost find way to workaround, but still need more some time to see how to
put them into the new plugins.
