[pLog-svn] Meta tag in post & blog

 	I was wondering if there would be an easy/intuitive way to let 
users put in their own meta tags?
 	What code would go in the template, just {$metadata}?  That would 
probably be the most flexible.  Plugins should be able to modify it too.
