[pLog-svn] I just finish review the admin side action scripts

Hi All:
 
I just finish review the admin side action scripts, it quite a big change,
so need more tests I guess.
 
Anyway, I'll keep review the public side action scripts.
 
After I finish the reviews, I'll stop the 1.2 development personally and
focus on 2.0 and try to merge(or say re-implement) all the changes to 2.0
 
And hope these changes enough for release 1.2.9
 
BTW, I really suggest all developers to create a new branch for "such big
change" in next time, especially in a stable branch. 
 
Becasue you can control the new branch without any constraints or
limitations. After you finish and test the changes, you can merge them back
anytime.
 
I personally really think it's not a good idea to breaking the stability of
a stable branch for such long time.
