1. About the  array_merge(), I just check the result again.... I think it is
slow becasue the include(), not array_merge. In my test case, I need to load
extra 14 locale files... So, there is nothing we can do with it...  :(



I have an idea about this. maybe we can make a cached locale file, when a
plugin is installed or something else, make change to this cached locale
file, and then, every time we include a locale file. this should help.

mmm... maybe there should be a function for manually create cached locale
file for undesired situation.
