[pLog-svn] spam increase on the forums

 	There has been a lot of spam/porn on the forums lately, and I am 
tired of seeing all this garbage.  I have disabled the "img" tag on the 
posts, so at least they can only put links to other sites.  I also added 
"nofollow" to the links, I don't know if spammers pay attention to that, 
but probably won't hurt anything.
 	I saved the original files with an obvious extension if you ever 
need to change back or upgrade, etc.
 	I don't see any problems with it, but I am out of town for a day, 
so you'll know what happened if something is screwy.
