There were some that I wouldn't use, but I didn't see any horrid
ones in the ones that I ported. They seemed reasonable, or at least
reasonable starts. The _all zip files for plugins and templates are
annoying. I read about a tool that is better for updating files on
sourceforge than the default tool. Maybe called fileforge or something.
I've never looked it up, but if it managed the interface, it would make
updates much easier.
The pages I checked were: main page (with enough posts to make it
page), post and comments with paged comments, search results, album main
page, post with comments disabled. Most extra pages that the template
used: about, archive, links, bookmarks, etc.

I'd expect that all templates now have very few bugs. There
probably could be some minor style changes in placement of the pager
links, search box, etc. There are only a couple styles that look broken,
but I think the template author meant it to look like that.
I didn't port a couple for one of the following reasons: looking
horrible, requiring php to be turned on, needing a lot of updating, having
a bunch of plugins installed, and not being all that great of a template
that looked like a different one.
