Someone else want to take over?  I'm tired.  Most of the templates should 
be pretty much completed.

Mostly the errors are:

search box's submit button is badly placed (I mass-added it when upgrading 
to 1.0 or 1.1, and no one has touched it since then).

funny chinese characters in various templates.

pager link sometimes needs to be moved lower.

That's pretty much it.  Everything else has been scripted/mass done.

41 templates left.  Innerscape is the only one I have skipped so far, it 
is a mess, and I don't think anyone would actually want to use it anyway.
