[pLog-svn] template licenses?

 	Do we care about templates that are marked "copyrighted", or "free 
for non-commercial use as long as you include this link", etc?
 	The one I was just looking at (delicious fruit), has both a 
"include this link" to the original designer, as well as copyright by the 
guy who ported it to lifetype.  I guess users can remove the stuff 
themselves, but having:

"Copyright at 2007. Reic's Place. All rights reserved. Powered by Lifetype.
Designed by Dieter Schneider, CssTemplateHeaven. Ported to Lifetype by 
Reic Wang." on the bottom of every page on the blog seems pretty excessive 
to me.
