[pLog-svn] templates/plugins have to be GPL without an "exemption"?

 	Yes, I think it should go in the LICENSE file as well as on the 
web page.  I'll send an email to the license at fsf or whatever it is, and 
see what they think, and if they have a clause of this sort already 
written somewhere.
