[pLog-svn] templates/plugins have to be GPL without an "exemption"?

No, I don't think we have anything that can be called "official" and  
that is publicly available, but that's easy to fix :-)

Do I see any volunteers to write a short post at lifetype.net  
summarizing our thoughts on the matter, as well as possibly something  
in the "Development" section of the site (perhaps we could create a  
new subsection in there called "Licensing")? :-) I would appreciate  
that.
