You'll get that error in some places, I know, I haven't had time to
fix them all yet.

But the Flash upload feature has not been incorporated to resources
yet (it's next in my list of things to do next time I have time) You
can test this feature if you go to Administration->Templates, select a
template set and then use the "upload" link on the top left corner to
upload a file.
