I agree with oscar. We are using EM almost everywhere to set font size.
If it's too small for your screen, make it bigger, if it's too big, make
it smaller :)
The pages are scaling quite well. But there ist still some room for
improvements, especially with form fields.

One think we may improve is the way to handle the "feature overload" we
have. There are literally hundreds of options to manage in the back-end.
WP is doing quite a good job in expanding/minimizing parts of the
interface in boxes. They can even be moved around and the states are
saved to the user profile. That's maybe something that would be useful
for lt, too. We actually started doing similar things with the show/hide
batch edit dialogs.
