I think it should be pretty easy to copy the class  
ResourcesDataTransformer and make it work so that it processes all  
resources again, fixing those that were ignored in the previous version.

Then you need to do the same thing we did in the 1.1 wizard, add an  
extra action and an extra template that will just call this data  
transformer. If you have any problems let me know, but I'm not sure  
how much time I am going to have.
