[pLog-svn] Path to Resources

Right now, we're going to do neither and this will have to move to  
1.2.1 or later. I'm not willing to compromise the stability of  
something that has been tested for weeks now. For once, beta testers  
have done an excellent job so far (I don't think we've ever got so  
many!) and I don't want to throw that work away.

Now for the next minor release, option C sounds reasonable to me. We  
could so that it a full base url is input there, then the whole URL  
would be used but if only a folder name is given, it'd be appended to  
the current base_url to calculate the full final path to the file. I  
like that.
