[pLog-svn] Path to Resources

Hi

Since we let the webserver deliver our resources we depend on knowing
the url to the resource folder (and not only the server path). At the
moment this is hard coded as /gallery/ within
baserequestgenerator.class.php which of course brakes other settings
(mine for example).

Now, I started working on a fix, but found out that there are too many
solutions and I'd like to discuss this first. Some are easy but rely on
correct user settings others are more robust.

a) in baserequestgenerator get the setting from resource_folder, assume
that the path is set relative to the lt install directory and does not
start in a subdirectors: ./resourses is ok, ./files/blog is not ok.

b) let the wizard move all resources to ./gallery/ automatically (maybe
inform the user first) and remove the resource_folder setting

c) add a new setting called resource_folder_url and per default set it
to "base_url"./gallery/ and let the user adjust it to whatever it is
(maybe even on another domain!?!)

I'd go for the third solution, but was wondering what you guys think.
