I just upgraded mantis to the latest version. Nothing exciting, I think. The version of mediawiki that we are using is really old. There are a number of anti-spam things, and tons of features, bug fixes (and bug fixes for new bugs, etc). It looks like it might be a hard upgrade, so I might not get to it today.
