That was why we chose our favorite templates in the first place. 
Adapting all the templates to the default commentform.template is a lot 
of work. Are you saying that james didn't adjust the css of the rest of 
the templates or are there technical issues with integrating 
default/commentform.template? (Looking at the commentform.template I 
think the markup is quite reasonable)
